She’s a champion for both people and processes—overseeing staff development, financial planning, and client support to ensure everything is running at its best.

Beyond the office, Julana’s passion for community shines. A dedicated advocate, she serves on multiple boards, including Child Advocacy of Central Oklahoma and Shawnee Bridges Out of Poverty, where she’s Board Secretary. Her deep-rooted commitment to service mirrors the values that drive her professionally.

When she’s not keeping operations running smoothly, you might find Julana at a community event, front row at a concert, or packing for her next adventure—whether it’s the horse races in Hot Springs, Arkansas, or international destinations like Scotland, Ireland, and the Bahamas.
